If You Need Medical Help

Do not use GitHub issues, comments, or this repository for urgent health problems.

For chest pain, stroke-like symptoms, severe pain, fainting, breathing difficulty, severe bleeding, self-harm thoughts, or any situation that is worsening or feels unsafe, contact local emergency services, urgent care, or a qualified clinician.

What You Can Ask Here

Good support requests include:

• a page is hard to understand;
• a handbook workflow is missing a common family scenario;
• a warning sign may be unclear or too weak;
• a page title, navigation path, or mobile layout is confusing;
• a link is broken or outdated;
• an English preview page does not match the Chinese source boundary;
• a sentence sounds like diagnosis, treatment, or individualized medical advice.

Please use the issue templates when possible:

• reader feedback for clarity, usability, and missing scenarios;
• medical-boundary feedback for safety, uncertainty, or care-seeking concerns.

What Not To Share

Please do not post:

• medical records;
• ID numbers, addresses, phone numbers, insurance information, or photos of reports with personal information;
• private family health details;
• requests for diagnosis, medication changes, or treatment plans.

If an example is necessary, rewrite it as a general scenario and remove identifying details.
